SQFL-1400 vacuum gas furnace is our new product through long research and improved. 

Seven inches LCD,integrate the heating system, mixed gas system, vacuum system, circulating water

cooling system, monitoring system.The machine is fully functional, for the most part meet customer’s 

requirement.

Main function and features:

1.SQFL - 1400  with double-shell structure equipped  and air cooling system , all ensure the 

furnace surface have a low temperature.

2.Furnace chamber adopted imported alumina polycrystalline fibers material, with good insulation 

properties and energy saving,. Heating elements adopted high quality Silicon carbide rod and 

depending on the  atmosphere, plating into a different protective coating,greatly improving the 

servicing life.

3.Within the furnace chamber adopts high temperature resistant alloy materials, professional 

vacuum design, unique sealing technology, ensures the gas tightness of furnace chamber, 

vacuum degree more than similar products;

4.Reserved two gases inlet interface, can be individually controlled gas flow, equipped with 

mixing gas device, satisfy gas experiment requirements;

5.This machine integrates the internal circulating water cooling system, to avoid external water 

connect, ensure the furnace surface have a low temperature.

6.Over-temperature alarm and power failure, leakage protection, safe and reliable operation.

7.The experimental data can be stored and output;,Reserved 485 convert interface, 

can be connected with PC through software. It has remote control, real time tracking, history recorder, 

and output report function. And can be installed the paperless recorder for data storage and output.
